1: Research and Discovery

Through internal stakeholder workshops, we assess the challenges, develop a competitive analysis, and complete a consumer discovery. Then, using ethnography, personal interviews, charettes, focus groups, surveys, consensus building and additional investigation, we begin to unlock the untold stories that translate into the foundation of a brand’s success.

2: Strategic Ideation

We take a deep dive into data collection and build customer personas, emotional maps and behavior models that translate into authentic, sustainable, economical, and emotional points of connection. We then align these points to create our brand strategy.

3: Brand Architecture

In collaboration and buy-in from all stakeholder groups, actionable insights established in steps 1 & 2 are translated into marketing opportunities, positioning strategies and a cohesive brand architecture, or structure that supports the brand’s value proposition. Here we will establish the mission, vision, values, persona, essence, positioning statements and taglines.

4: Story Development

By knitting together the strategic positioning, brand architecture, essence, positioning, and differentiating characteristics of your brand, we reveal memorable brand stories that connect to every touchpoint and channel where your brand intersects with each audience.

5: Stakeholder Alignment & Analysis

Utilizing appropriate communications and evaluation methodologies, we connect with internal and external, and present and past brand communities, potential customers, and all relevant stakeholders to test, survey, confirm and reaffirm the brand strategy. If it’s needed, we revise the strategy and then engage all channels and communities to share brand stories and begin to build brand equity.

6: Execution, Deliverable Analysis & Testing

Through omni-channels and tactics selected to connect brand to audience, the launch is executed. From brand ID, web, apps, and social media, to packaging, digital marketing, content generation, and video- there are countless channels to market within, test, analyze, and refine and relaunch if needed.

7: Deliverable Confirmation & Marketing Plans

Deliverables are prepared and presented to all stakeholder groups to obtain further insight and final buy-in. Utilizing the user experience research and data from step 6, we identify the optimal channels for each market segment, fine tune the execution and develop a strategic marketing plan to attain future success.

8: Implementation & Attainment Analysis

Following the execution and deliverable confirmation, tracking and a full-scale analysis of the results follows,to determine if we’ve attained success. If needed, improvement tactics to increase reach are implemented, and final attainment for future viability is established.
